AI system · Z Cubed Digital
Z Hub
The AI system my business runs on: it finds the right clients, drafts the outreach and reports every client's results.
Running a web business alone means finding prospects, writing to each one, following up, then proving to every client each month that their site is working. Z Hub does the repetitive parts, so I can spend my time on the work and the relationships.

A live results page each client can open any time

A client's page: numbers refreshed daily, rankings checked every week, a results page to share. Gary Pearce Landscapes is on Google's first page for six searches; his traffic and enquiry figures are blurred.

Claude's keyword review, in plain English: which searches it added and dropped for the client, why, and what to change on the site.

The walk-in shortlist: well-reviewed businesses in one area with no website, ranked, each one click from a preview. Names blurred.

Real output: a preview the agent designed and deployed end to end from a Gurugram pizzeria's Google listing, reviews and photos. Details blurred: a prospect, not a client.
Winning clients
- Scrapers watch 85 Facebook groups for small businesses promoting themselves, and a Google Places tool finds well-reviewed businesses with no website for in-person visits.
- Claude qualifies every lead against the ideal customer profile and drafts a personalised first message plus two follow-ups.
- A message takes two taps to send. Follow-ups book themselves at three and six days, and my phone buzzes the moment someone replies.
- One click sends a lead's Google listing, reviews and photos to a Claude Code agent in the cloud, which designs and deploys a bespoke preview site and hands back the link.
Delivering the work
- Daily Google Analytics and Search Console pulls, and weekly local rank checks from each client's own town.
- Monthly AI keyword reviews that add and retire tracked searches, with every change explained.
- A private results page each client can open at any time: visitors, rankings, reviews and site speed.
Keeping it honest
Agents do the repetitive work; I approve anything that goes out, and client relationships stay personal. Every scheduled job reports in, a quiet job raises an alert, and the data is backed up every night.
What I'd do differently
I built the outreach side before I had proof. The fix was to measure client results first, so every message can point to real numbers.
